These Refund Policy terms govern how Venocraft handles payments and cancellations for our subscription services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Venocraft operates on a subscription model. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. When you subscribe, you pay a £50 setup fee which covers the cost of your domain registration and the configuration of your website platform, and you are billed £99 each month in advance for the upcoming month of services, including website hosting, maintenance, and support. Neither the joining fee, nor subscription payments after billing are refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing or through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged. Access to your website, hosting, and maintenance will remain active until the end of your paid period. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused services, or early termination. In exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors or duplicate payments, please contact us so we can review and resolve your enquiry. If you choose to purchase full ownership rights to your website through a separate agreement, any fees paid toward subscription services will not be credited toward the ownership purchase price unless explicitly agreed in writing.
