Venocraft provides web design services delivered through a monthly subscription model with a £50 setup fee to cover domain registration and the cost of configuring client website platforms. Your subscription includes custom website design and development, website hosting and maintenance, and ongoing support and updates. A free online consultation is available to discuss your requirements prior to subscribing. The subscription fee is £99 per month, billed automatically to your chosen payment method. All subscription payments, as well as the joining fee, are final and non-refundable. It is important that customers select the desired subscription start date through our user interface. Please note that Venocraft requires 7–14 days to complete and publish your website. If you choose to begin your subscription before the full 14-day development period has elapsed and your website is not yet published by the selected start date, Venocraft is not responsible for any resulting delays and no refunds will be issued in such cases. If you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be billed after the date of cancellation. If your payment is not received by our team on its due date you will revieve a phone call to remind you. If the payment still has not gone through within 5 days of the initial phone call your website will be taken down. Your website, hosting, and support services will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing or via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no additional payments will be charged. All websites, designs, content, and related materials created by Venocraft remain the sole property of Venocraft at all times. Ownership of your website does not transfer to you by default. If you wish to purchase full ownership rights to your website, this must be agreed separately in writing and will require payment of an additional fee to be determined by Venocraft. Upon completion of such a purchase, all maintenance, hosting, and ongoing services provided under the subscription will be terminated unless otherwise agreed in writing. Venocraft reserves the right to display your website as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise. You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and information required to complete your website in a timely manner, and you confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe upon any third-party rights. While we take all reasonable care to provide secure, high-quality services, Venocraft is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from interruptions to hosting or website availability, technical issues beyond our control, or use of content or information supplied by you. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid us in the preceding 3 months. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
